Does it invent things about my customers?
No. It writes only from the facts you type in. Where a fact is optional and you leave it blank, it uses plain, honest wording that assumes nothing — check the output before you send it, the same as anything with your name on it.
Who is it for?
Anyone who sells: cars, insurance, business-to-business, home services, retail, software — the conversations are the same everywhere. A first call needs a follow-up, a quote needs a nudge, and 'too expensive' needs a calm answer in every trade.
